This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for www.Webrageous.com, a leader in pay per click management services founded in 2001. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. In a nutshell, the goal of this website is to gather leads from companies interested in having us manage their paid search accounts. The main way this occurs is if you fill out our contact form, call us or email us. We also serve retargeting ads via a number of services including but not limited to Facebook, Google, adroll and Bing. In addition we may use third-party analytics suites including but not limited to Google analytics. We only use this to analyze aggregate visitor data. If you have any questions about this privacy policy you can contact us by going to our contact page and reaching us via any method you see there or on this page. We encourage you to read this entire privacy policy. It will notify you of the following:
- What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
- What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
- The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
- How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, if you fill out our contact form, call us, or other direct contact from you. We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, and fulfill the purposes described in this policy — typically no longer than 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or you remain an active client. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in the “Your Access to and Control Over Information” section below. We do not sell or rent your personal information. On rare occasions when we are unable to take on a new client, we may refer your inquiry to a trusted partner pay per click management firm. We will always ask for your explicit permission before sharing your contact information with any such firm, and we will not forward your information without your affirmative consent. The category of information shared in such cases is limited to basic contact details (name, email, phone, website, and a brief description of your advertising needs). Any referred firm is expected to honor your opt-out requests immediately. If you wish to know the identity of any firm we have referred you to, or to request that they stop contacting you, contact us directly and we will facilitate that request. Additionally if you ask us to refer you to other firms who can help you with call tracking or other Internet marketing services including web design we may refer you to third parties at your request. We also use Google analytics which collects data about you and your visit to our website.
This website does use cookies for the purpose of serving retargeting ads. As of May 2018 Google allows us to retarget visitors for up to 540 days after their last visit to our site and we are currently retargeting site visitors for up to that length of time. We do not show retargeting ads to members of the European Union. If you are not comfortable with this we encourage you to leave this site now and clear your cookies. You can also visit in anonymous mode depending on the browser you are using.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization with the sole exception listed above.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email or phone in the future. If you sign up for our newsletter we will remove you from the list immediately if you ask us to. When you visit our site a cookie will be placed on your computer by Google and will allow us to serve you ads when you visit Google AdSense sites (this is called retargeting or remarketing). If you clear your cookies and do not visit Webrageous.com again then you will no longer see these ads. If you come back to Webrageous you will need to clear your cookies again to stop seeing our remarketing ads.
If you follow us on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook or other social media then you will receive updates from us via those platforms. If you choose to be added to our mailing list we will contact you with updates, new blog posts, and special offers. You can unfollow us on social media at any time, or choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. There is a subscribe to notifications link on our website (usually at the bottom right). You can unsubscribe at any time.
If you post a negative review about us we reserve the right to use your communications with us to defend ourselves and respond to the review or complaint. As of October 2019 we have never had any negative online reviews.
We will not share your SMS opt-in consent or phone number with any third party for purposes unrelated to delivering our messaging services, except with platform providers, phone carriers, and vendors necessary to transmit messages on our behalf. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or other unrelated purposes.

Communications, AI Services, and Recording
We may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence (AI), to answer phone calls, respond to messages, and assist with inquiries. If you call us, your call may be answered by an AI service.
Please note:
Call and Video Recordings – We record all phone calls and video meetings for quality assurance, training, and recordkeeping purposes. By participating in a call or video meeting with us, you consent to the recording.
Text Messaging – If you contact us by phone, web form, or other channels, you agree that we may send you SMS/text messages in response to your inquiry. These messages may be sent manually or through automated means, including AI-powered systems. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive no further text messages except a one-time confirmation of your opt-out.
Automated Responses – If you call and interact with our AI answering service, we may send you a follow-up text message, which could be generated in whole or in part by automation.
Automated Dialing and Prerecorded/Artificial Voice Calls – Where you have provided your prior express written consent, we may contact you by phone using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS/autodialer) or prerecorded or artificial voice (including AI-generated voice) for appointment reminders and marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive such calls or text messages is never required as a condition of purchasing our services. You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at the number or email address found on our contact page. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Security
For billing purposes, we may collect payment information such as credit card details. This information is processed and stored through trusted third-party services including QuickBooks Online, Zoho, and other payment processing platforms we may use from time to time — each of which maintains its own security and compliance standards. We do not store raw credit card or bank account numbers on our own servers. When we manage your Google Ads account on your behalf, billing information entered directly into Google’s platform is subject to Google’s own privacy and data retention policies, and Google may not permit deletion of primary billing information associated with an active account. Please review the privacy policies of QuickBooks Online, Zoho, Google, and any other relevant third-party processors for details on how they handle your financial data. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions about how your payment information is handled.
If you do contact us we will save the data you provide to us (including your phone number, website, email address etc.) and any notes we may make about our conversations and review of your AdWords account or website. This will be saved in a secure section of one of our WordPress sites, and that domain is protected by several security enhancements.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and email address). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
